This policy explains what information FlashVouchers (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can browse offers without creating an account.
Information we collect
- Account details. If you sign up, your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and, from Google, your profile picture.
- Activity on FlashVouchers. Stores you save, codes you reveal, and your Premium status, so we can show them in your profile.
- Messages to us. What you send through the contact form, including your name and email address.
- AI assistant chats. Messages you send to our AI shopping assistant and its replies, saved to your account so you can return to them.
- Technical data. Information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, approximate country, device and browser type, which we use to choose your local site and keep the service secure.
How we use it
- To run your account and keep you signed in.
- To show offers for your country and remember your saved stores.
- To answer your messages and provide support.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and security problems.
- To understand which offers are useful and improve the service.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, such as the cookie that keeps you signed in. When you leave our site through a store link, the store or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to record that you came from FlashVouchers; those are covered by that store's own privacy policy. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
With service providers that host and run FlashVouchers for us, such as hosting, database, email and AI providers, only as needed to provide the service.
With Google or Apple, if you choose to sign in with them.
When required by law, or to protect our users and service.
How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is open. Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to some uses of it. To make a request, email support@flashvouchers.com or use our contact form.
Children
FlashVouchers is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also let account holders know by email or on the site.
